On a chilly March morning, I took my friend Helena for an impromptu shoot on Southwold Beach – purely for fun and to have a play with my cameras!  It’s not often I get a chance to do shoots just for fun and Helena was really up for the experience.  She looked super stunning in jeans, boots and leather jacket and an oversized jumper and made a fabulous model considering she had never done this before.

I love Southwold for portrait shoots as it offers great backgrounds for photos, and as we only had a short amount of time and the sun was shining brightly, we decided to stay close to the pier which is great for shade and lots of interesting textures.   The other end of the beach with its gorgeous beach huts offers a totally different look, and you can see another one of my shoots using the lovely huts here.   For more info on my Portrait Collections, take a look over at my Portrait info page on my website.  Do get in touch if you are looking for Suffolk photography, whether weddings or portraits, I’d love to chat!
