I was so excited to shoot Olivia and Will’s Elms Barn wedding because this couple light up every room. Together for seven years, it is so clear that they are meant to be together and make each other so happy.

Olivia, her family and bridesmaids spent the morning getting ready at the beautiful house at Elms Barn.  Olivia’s bridal attire featured lace up boots from House of Elliot and a stunning lace bridal gown. She looked the epitome of elegance and grace, and Will equally as smart in his navy morning suit.

The wedding ceremony took place at the glorious church in Southwold where Will’s father is the vicar and he also performed the marriage. The whole service was full of beautiful music, readings and a rather unusual but wonderful feet washing ceremony. The service was really moving and uplifting with singing and music being a huge feature.  Not surprising given  Olivia’s background in performing!

After the wedding in Southwold, the celebrations returned to Elms Barn where guests relaxed in the gardens with lots more music.  The beautiful grounds provided the perfect backdrop for Olivia and Will’s portraits with a gorgeous rose arch, perfect for romantic photos.

The evening reception featured a fantastic band – Down for the Count, with Olivia taking to the stage for a song. Olivia really has the most gorgeous jazz voice and this was such a treat.

Thank you Olivia and Will for asking me to photograph your beautiful Elms Barn wedding, I loved every minute!  I wish you every happiness for the years ahead.

Love Clare x
