OLIVIA & WILL – ELM’S BARN
I was so excited to shoot Olivia and Will’s wedding in June – they are the sweetest couple who are always smiling! They have been together for seven years and it is so clear they are meant to be together.
The morning started at Elm’s Barn near Beccles, with Olivia, her family and bridesmaids getting ready in the beautiful house there. The bride had chosen some gorgeous lace up boots from House of Elliot and a stunning lace bridal gown, with the bridesmaids in pale mauve gowns – just gorgeous! Olivia looked the epitome of elegance and grace, and Will equally as smart in his navy morning suit.
Their wedding took place at the glorious church in Southwold where Will’s father is the vicar and he also performed the marriage ceremony. The whole service was full of beautiful music, readings and a rather unusual, but really wonderful feet washing ceremony. The whole service was really moving and uplifting with singing and music being a huge feature, which was not a surprise given Olivia’s background in performing.
After the wedding in Southwold, the celebrations returned to Elm’s Barn near Beccles, where the beautiful grounds provided the perfect backdrop for Olivia and Will’s portraits. The evening reception featured a fantastic band – Down for the Count, with Olivia treating us to a song for the 3rd dance – such a treat.
Thank you Olivia and Will for asking me to photograph your beautiful wedding, I loved every minute!
